Asian retailers struggling to go omnichannel

Achieving omnichannel retail is the greatest challenge for Asian retailers, according to the latest researchfrom Tofugear, Global Payments, TrendWatching and Microsoft. In a survey of 150 senior retail executives across 12 Asian markets, 22% said achieving omnichannel retail is their greatest challenge – the most reported issue.
