One-third (33.6%) of consumers in the UK are spending at least 25% more on groceries during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, according to the latest research from WARC Data. This is the only vertical to see a net increase in spend in April, as one-quarter (24.3%) are spending at least 25% less.
