Since September 2017, Vasileios has been based L’Oréal’s head office in Paris, France. He has designed a global ROI measurement programme for key markets and categories, utilising a complementary toolkit to answer both strategic and operational questions for the Division and countries. Prior to this, Vasileios ran Marketing Effectiveness for L’Oréal UK for four years, and has also worked for Mediacom, Millward Brown Optimor and Ninah Consulting (Zenith Optimedia). Vasileios has obtained postgraduate qualifications from Oxford University and University of London, as well as graduating from The Marketing Academy UK in 2017.

Kim has proved to be a leader at Starcom in creative, strategic thinking and implementation. She leads Starcom's Experience Design (XD) practice, which infuses creativity into client work, ultimately helping to drive businesses forward. Darren leads McCann's strategy delivery on the Aldi business across the UK and Republic of Ireland. A champion of the commercial benefits of a robust effectiveness culture, he has won many IPA, Effie and MRS Awards. Before McCann, he worked at JWT on Shell and TNT International Express and then started his own digital agency working with Kellogg's and Coca-Cola.

He describes himself as a creative strategist with a sound understanding of the consumer on the one hand and media and business requirements on the other. He started his career at the global agency network FCB, then moved on to TBWA before joining the independent agency Select World.

Sumegha spearheads the global strategy team for WPP@Unilever across Pond's, Vaseline and Comfort SEA. Prior to this role, she led planning at Publicis One and Mindshare Indonesia working on the group's largest clients including L'Oréal and Nestlé. She has had multiple wins at the APAC Effies, WARC Prize for Asian Strategy, UL Crafting Brands for Life and YouTube Ad Awards.
